藍莓香蕉奶昔Blueberry Banana Smoothie

材料:

冷凍有機藍莓10oz

香蕉新鮮或冷凍均可1根切小塊

牛奶2杯

做法Directions:

In blender combine all the ingredients hit pulse couple time until mixture is smooth and frothy. Pour into tall glass and enjoy!

將藍莓、香蕉和牛奶放進食物調理機按pulse鍵數下,噠~噠~營養美味的奶昔得來全不費工夫。報告爸跋我只用手指輕按幾下就完成了。

葡萄奶昔Great Grapes Smoothies

材料:

冷凍有機葡萄1杯frozen seedless red grapes

冷藏葡萄汁1/2杯chilled grape juice

優格1/4杯plain low-fat yogurt

柳橙奶昔Creamy Orange milk Shake

材料:

冷凍柳橙果肉1/3杯frozen orange 

柳橙汁1/2杯orange juice

牛奶1/3杯milk

香草冰淇淋5杓vanilla ice cream

做法Directions:

In blender combine all the ingredients hit pulse couple time until mixture is smooth and frothy. Pour into tall glass and garnish with orange peel,if you like.

Acai(ah-sigh-ee) bowl

將巴西莓果、藍莓、香蕉和牛奶放進食物調理機按pulse鍵數下。Blend 200g Acai+1/4cup milk+1/2 banana+1/2 cup fruit of choice (blue berry etc...)

倒入碗中加入喜歡的水果、豆榖類pour into a bowl and top with favorite fruit and granola.
